Meet Nicola

Before founding ‘The Leadership Mentor’ my career started in the corporate world, working as a Technical Project Manager for Pepsico, managing large diverse teams, constantly adapting the leadership style to get the very best out of the people in my team and those around me.

Through my work in the corporate world, I came to realise a unique understanding of people and the power of leading teams and individuals in new and innovative ways.

​

Having unearthed my specialism, and attaining a wealth of knowledge and experience studying with the world’s leading coaches, therapists and alternative medicine practitioners this led to forming my own blended style and thus The Leadership Mentor was born.

​

Combining the gifted sensitivity I was born with and the ability to truly understand people and how to improve personal performance, this  has created an approach that creates real, lasting change.
